Coq au Zin
Okay, I used a Malbec instead of a Zinfandel. This is a
recipe
from Epicurious that I really enjoy. Fairly simple to put together although it does spend an hour in the oven. Served it with Creme Fraiche Mashed Potatoes and Steamed Asparagus.
